How long does it take from sending an order to receiving the books?
We process our orders within two or three days, so you should receive your order within a week to ten days.
Can you send urgent orders?
If you need books urgently, we can send them out on the day of receiving the order (if before midday) and can send them by First Class post or Next Day courier. There may be an additional charge for this to cover increased carriage costs. It is best if you phone us to check that we can do this.
How are books despatched?
We send out small orders by Royal Mail and larger ones by courier.
How do I do pay for my order?
You can pay online by credit card, cheque or you can request an invoice if you provide a valid Purchase Order number. Books sent with an invoice must be paid within 30 days. Official school orders may be paid by the Local Authority by Bacs or by cheque.
What is your policy regarding overseas orders?
We ask for payment prior to sending out your order. This may be by cheque, in sterling, drawn on a UK bank or by credit card. You will need to contact us by email or phone to find out the invoice total including postage.
I’d like further information about a book before I place an order. Can you help?
