Responsibilities
Our £6m Supergrounds Partnership with the Royal Bank of Scotland is one of the most prestigious corporate partnerships in the country. Together we offer a range of grant programmes through which RBS employees and the general public can nominate their local school to receive a grant and the support of an LTL facilitator to help them transform their grounds.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised individual to manage the team which administers this complex programme. With a track record of managing projects, you will be adept at solving logistical problems and have a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will also have had some experience of managing grant related programmes and some experience of liaison with schools would also be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Working within the Delivery & Innovation team, you will be a confident communicator with a minimum of 2 years' experience of developing and delivering training or professional development for adults. You will have a commitment to learning outside the classroom and enjoy developing creative new ideas. Responsibilities will include: developing and delivering school grounds training; researching and producing training materials; school site visits; managing and maintaining LTL's national accredited training programme.
