We don't currently have any vacancies but if you are interested in volunteering with us we are looking for help within the finance team.

The position would be for approximately 20 hours per week (pm) at our Winchester Office.

Your responsibilities would include:
 - Sorting the post
 - Sorting invoices received with purchase orders using SAGE accounting systems (training provided)
 - Checking ‘live’ purchase orders 
 - Checking and inputting of staff expense claims
 - Dealing with customers and suppliers BACS details request letters
 - Generating grant cheques
 - Supporting filing and archiving accounts documentation
 - Supporting with creating and sending remittance advices (post or fax).

The successful candidate will have:
 - Experience in book keeping
 - IT skills & able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
 - Good attention to detail
 - Approachable person with a good telephone manner and able to work with all people across the organisation
