2. Definitions
The School Grounds Professional Directory is operated by Learning through Landscapes and is part of a larger range of products and services that we offer. In Scotland, Learning through Landscapes is known as Grounds for Learning. The terms “Learning through Landscapes”, "LTL", "we", "us", or "our", refer to the operator of the website you're in. Learning through Landscapes is a registered charity (No. 803270) and a company limited by guarantee registered in England (No. 2485660). VAT No. 777 4192 89.
3. Variation of terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on our website.
4. Terms of inclusion
4.1 Professional members of Schoolgrounds-UK or Early Years Outdoors are eligible for inclusion in up to 4 government regions as part of their subscription. National listings are available at an additional fee. Non-members may pay for a listing.
4.2 The School Grounds Professional Directory is not accredited therefore LTL are not responsible for the actions or work undertaken by the consultants listed.
5. Materials in site and software rights
5.1 All copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to our website (including, but not limited to, the underlying software, the design, graphics, layout, feel, and structure of our website) will be and remain the sole property of Learning through Landscapes.
5.2 The information in this directory is given in good faith and for general information and interest only. It is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information in the directory is correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is 100% free of inaccuracies, errors and omissions.
6. Our liability

7. Your liability
7.1 You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of our website.

9. Termination and restrictions
Termination clause: LTL reserve the right to exclude any participant who is in breach of the terms and conditions. Logo: Persons included in the directory are not permitted to use the LTL logo on materials which may imply endorsement by LTL.
