Journeying with the natural world: Nature-centric models and therapeutic connection
Marina Robb, Circle of Life Rediscovery CIC and The Outdoor Teacher.
This presentation/workshop will introduce ‘Nature-centric’ models that lie beneath the nature-based programmes for all ages, and practices offered in green care intervention and education provided by U.K community interest company, Circle of Life Rediscovery. Marina will discuss basic elements that build natural alliances and relationships that offer therapeutic connection. The natural world and ‘our nature’ supports us to overcome challenges, “Everything in nature (and we are nature) invites us constantly to be what we are.” (Gretel Ehrlich).
