Since 2005 his experienced has widened to encompass schools projects in Central and Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He has been actively involved with the RIBA Schools Forum and was a school governor for 11 years. Stefan writes and speaks regularly in Britain and abroad on issues related to school design quality. His commitment is based on an approach that seeks to create learning environments that go beyond function to create schools that enhance the quality of learning and living for pupils, teachers and the communities to which they belong.
