Early Years – High Quality Spaces for Outdoor Learning and Play (Yatton Keynell)
23rd October @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
This is a free event funded by Erasmus+ as part of the Teach, Inspire and Protect project. The event at Bybrook Pre-school aims to look at contemporary theories in the design and use of outside spaces for 0-6-year-olds. Inspiring practitioners from Malta, Spain, Slovakia, and the UK to get outdoors more.
The purpose of this event is to:
- Support you to explore how key landscape features are linked to the mental well-being of 0-6-year-olds.
- Explain how we can use provocations and invitations in our outside spaces.
During this three-hour session, we will aim to make sure you have:
- Opportunities to learn from others and gain inspiration for your work outdoors.
- Time to reflect on our own context and network with other early years practitioners.
To find out more, please email Ruth Staples-Rolfe, Senior Project Officer at Learning through Landscapes firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have booked you will be sent a pre email with further details.
