An inspiring day for wildlife professionals, gardeners and educators

One World Learning – Wildlife in School Grounds Conference

Funded by the Erasmus project, this event focuses on the importance of conservation within school grounds and is free to attend. Situated in Leicester City Hall on the 13th of June, it will feature national and international key note speakers on the conservation of wildlife.

If you would like to find out more about our work, then take a look at the projects we’ve worked on, and those we have planned for the future.

Innovative Environmental Education in School Grounds

This conference will enable you to share what you are doing with others and learn from the local and national wildlife projects that are being delivered with schools. Hear schools and organisations present, take part in workshops and find out about funding opportunities for schools.

Keynotes include Dr Steve Head from the Gardening for Wildlife Forum; Sarah Brady Education Manager at Birdlife Malta and Experienced science teacher Sarah Eames from Sand field Primary School.
