Learning in Local Greenspace (Scottish Natural Heritage)

Learning in local greenspace is a fully funded, priority project which will involve over 100 Primary and Secondary schools serving some of the most disadvantaged areas in Scotland.

In doing this, we will increase engagement of pupils, targeting raising attainment in Health and Wellbeing, Numeracy and Literacy. The project includes long term staff training, leading lessons outdoors, resources and more.

The project is fully funded by Scottish Natural Heritage and is only open to Scottish Primary, Secondary and ASN schools who have a catchment within the 20% most disadvantaged areas of Scotland, according to www.simd.scot
